Usage instructions:
Fold the tie in half, leaving the wider end about 4 inches longer.
Insert the fold into the slot in the centre peg and out the front opening.
Wind the hand winder forward until the tie is completely inside the centre tube.
To remove, simply pull the tie out of the large side opening.
